Lunchbox Was Contacted by the Price Is Right

BREAKING NEWS!! After weeks of waiting for an update, Lunchbox revealed that he had finally been contacted by the show. However, it wasn't for another special appearance... but for taxes.

Lunchbox received an email thanking him for being on the show, along with a link to pay $708.77 in taxes. He confirmed that he had already submitted the payment, though he had not yet received any of the prizes. It was explained that paying taxes upfront is part of the process before items are shipped. He detailed the prizes he is expecting, which include three pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes, a home gym machine, and a desktop computer with a webcam. Lunchbox said he plans to sell most of the items, noting that the shoes would not be worn by his wife. He added that he intentionally selected a common shoe size to make them easier to resell.

Then, listener Cody proposed that Lunchbox should be called by his real name, Daniel, until he repays money owed to Amy. The situation stemmed from Lunchbox previously managing money in an investment account and being unable to return Amy’s portion after claiming the account had been hacked. Lunchbox dismissed the idea, calling it confusing and unnecessary, while Cody pushed back, questioning whether dismissing listeners was the right approach. Lunchbox’s real name had recently become public when he appeared on The Price Is Right, where he competed under the name Daniel.
