Luke Bryan insisted he didnât plan to stop at the bar, âbut Iâm helpless in a honky tonk.â
The country megastar couldnât resist taking the stage while a crowd of bar goers â many donning cowboy hats, jeans and boots â gathered on the dance floor. Bryan delivered the âCountry Song Came Onâ music video on Thursday (April 24) after teasing the premiere with a few sneak peeks on social media. The American Idol judge filmed the visual, directed by Kate Rentz, in Nashville, Tennessee.Â

Bryan released âCountry Song Came Onâ â written by Ryan Beaver, Dan Alley and Neil Medley â on his latest studio record, Mind Of A Country Boy, which also includes âLove You, Miss You, Mean It,â âCountry On,â âBut I Got A Beer In My Hand,â and more. The five-time Entertainer of the Year winner said in a previous interview with iHeartCountry that the 14-track album is âa reflection of where Iâm at in my life right now.â
âCountry Song Came Onâ inspired the title of Bryanâs headlining tour, which is slated to kick off late next month. Bryan will also play shows on his annual âFarm Tour,â which includes his first-ever stops on the West Coast this year. Find âFarm Tourâ dates here.
