North Carolina couple Adam and Chelsea Stipe have an 11-year-old golden retriever, Charlie, who had to have both of his eyes removed due to pain from glaucoma. In order for Charlie to get around without their help, they adopted a puppy named Maverick to serve as Charlie's seeing-eye dog. The couple tells WCAU-TV that Maverick helps Charlie stay on track during walks, adding, "They almost turn into little sled dogs, where they'll walk together. And when Charlie loses track of a ball he's playing with, Maverick will pick it up and put it right in front of him. Awwwwwww!
