IRVING, Texas - Fresno State junior Sage Lindvall has been named the Big 12 October Flat Rider of the Month, announced by the conference office on Thursday. Lindvall earns her first career monthly honor.
Lindvall went 2-1 in the month of October, earning back-to-back wins to open the season. In the season opener against No. 10 South Dakota State, she earned a career-high 85. She defeated her opponent 85-69 for her largest margin of victory up to this point of the season.
Her second point came in a 74-70.5 win over No. 5 TCU.
.Lindvall has led Fresno State to a 2-2 start to the season. Fresno State closes the fall slate on Friday, November 21 hosting Oklahoma State.
