It all started back in 2016 when Wanda Dench text an invitation for Thanksgiving dinner to her grandson. Only her grandson was not the recipient, it was Jamal Hinton. He alerted her to the mix up but she still invited him for dinner, and he actually went! Now it's not only a yearly tradition for them to have Thanksgiving dinner together, they spend time together outside of Thanksgiving too!
