'Narwhal Puppy' Born with Extra Tail on his Forehead!

A 10-week old Puppy was found on the street in Missouri last week and he has a very unique characteristic! A tiny second tail in between his eyes! The rescue group who took him in fittingly named him Narwhal, and they have no plans to remove the tiny tail unless it becomes a health problem for the little guy.
